Shipping Policy
At In Flight Running, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If additional processing time is required due to product availability or other circumstances, we'll contact you as soon as possible.
Orders containing pre-order or backordered items may ship once all items in your order are available unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected for your order.
Delivery
We currently ship merchandise within the United States.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
While we make every effort to process orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Local Order Pickup Only Available For In Flight Members
Local pickup is only available for local, Houston area run club members who select the appropriate promo code at checkout. Member orders can be picked up at group runs unless a member selects and pays for a shipping service. In that case their order will be mailed. Otherwise, orders placed from non-members are shipping using the shipping option each customer selects at check out.
Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to have been lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at info@inflightrunning.com. We'll work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
