Our Year Pass Membership bundles both the Spring and Prime training seasons into one 48-week experience — giving you nearly a full year of guided long runs, interval workouts, trail runs, coaching support, training plans, and team events.

Year Pass is ideal for runners who want to maintain momentum across all seasons, avoid the post-race drop-off, and build toward stronger 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and Marathon performances.


What You Get With Your Year Pass Membership

🏃 Expert-Led Group Workouts (2–3 per week)

  • Saturday Long Run
    Fluid-supported routes (water + Gatorade) 
    6:30 AM during Spring season
    6:00 AM during Prime season

  • Tuesday 5:15 AM Interval Workout
    Alternating track + hill sessions to build speed, power, and strong running form.

  • Tuesday 6:00 PM Interval Workout
    Alternating track + hill sessions to build speed, power, and strong running form. All PM workouts are held at the Memorial Park track and 3 along 3 hill circuits inside the park.

  • Bonus: Occasional Sunday Trail Runs
    Scenic, coached trail runs at Houston-area + Texas state parks.


📅 48-Week Year-Long Training Plan (Spring + Prime)

  • Full digital training schedule covering base + race prep

  • Daily email reminders for mileage & workout structure

  • $35 processing fee added to total membership cost

  • First payment billed at registration

  • Remaining payments auto-billed monthly on the same day of the month

  • Not a “pay-as-you-go” plan — covers the entire Year Pass membership
