Looking to rebuild fitness after winter? Want to sharpen pacing, improve strength, or prepare for spring or early summer races?
Our Spring Season is a 13-week program that helps you regain consistency, improve speed, and train smart — all with a supportive Houston running community coached by Head Coach Michael Merlino.
This membership includes weekly long runs, interval workouts, optional trail runs, running education webinars, and a structured training plan that fits both returning runners and experienced athletes.

🏃 Expert-Led Group Workouts (2–3 per week)

Saturday 6:30 AM Long Run
Fluid-supported routes (water + Gatorade) with on-course coaching. -
Tuesday 5:15 AM Interval Workout
Alternating track + hill sessions to build speed, power, and strong running form. -
Tuesday 6:00 PM Training Run or Intervals
Ideal for non-morning runners — options include Memorial Park trail runs or structured interval sets. -
Bonus: Occasional Sunday Trail Runs
Scenic, guided trail runs at local and state parks led by Coach Michael.
